The Challenge
Students were academically capable but lacked clarity on how to present themselves in professional settings. Faculty wanted a programme that could bridge the gap between classroom learning and employer expectations, especially around communication, interview performance, and workplace readiness. The intervention needed to feel relevant, practical, and energising for a large student cohort.
MVIBE Approach
Designed a campus-to-corporate module tailored for MBA students entering placements and early-career opportunities.
Covered interview readiness, personal presentation, communication basics, and professional etiquette using real corporate examples.
Used high-participation activities, guided reflection, and scenario-based exercises so students could rehearse confidence before high-stakes interactions.
Focused on helping participants translate existing academic strengths into language and behaviours employers could immediately recognise.
Solution Delivered
MVIBE delivered a practical employability experience rather than a lecture-based workshop. The programme turned vague ideas like professionalism and confidence into specific, repeatable behaviours students could use in interviews, group discussions, and workplace interactions.
